Is IDeliverIkea affiliated with IKEA?

No, we are an independent delivery service and not affiliated with IKEA in any way. IKEA is a registered trademark of inter-IKEA Systems B.V.

How often do you pickup? 

Tuesday and Thursday we pick up from the Memphis, TN location, other locations will be available soon.

Which store do you shop?

Can I order food? 

No, Sorry we can't deliver food.

Is there anything you don’t deliver?

We don’t do mattresses unless it’s for kid beds.  We also don’t do kitchen cabinets.  We evaluate sofas/sectionals/loveseats on a case by case basis (it depends on the model and how they come packaged).  For sofas/sectionals/loveseats, go ahead and fill out the quote request below and we’ll let you know if we can do it and how much it will be. 

What happens with order changes?

You can submit or modify an order at any time.  Orders may also be canceled up to 12 hrs before pickup with a 25% penalty unless the truck has already been sent for pickup then we will reimburse 50%.  We will confirm receipt of your change or cancel.  If you modify or cancel and don’t hear from us.

What about damages?

We are responsible for your items in transit.  If pieces are damaged during transport, we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA and exchange them at no additional cost to you. This does not cover any manufacturing damages.  If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you ASAP. 

Will you provide me with an expected turnaround time?

We are unable to provide or commit to any specific turnaround times due to situations beyond our control. We try our best to fulfill your order on our next shopping day, however due to Covid-19 changes, high demand worldwide, and supply chain issues, IKEA has been experiencing never-before-seen stock shortages. As such, your item(s) may be out of stock during our shopping trip. Therefore, it may take several weeks and multiple trips to IKEA before we can fulfill your entire order. On our end, we will deliver furniture and large items as we procure them and not make you wait until all is procured.  We will not charge extra if this results in multiple delivery trips.  What we ask from you is for your patience as we work to fulfill your order and that you give us at least two trips before you consider a cancellation of any items.

What about out-of-stock Items?

If we find out stock is unavailable, we will coordinate with you and either pick up an agreed alternative or try to pick up the item on future trips.  You may request a refund at such time that you no longer wish to wait on any more future trips to try to fulfill your order.

What is the delivery area?

Our primary delivery area is Central Arkansas, Pulaski County, We offer home delivery for all items, within this area. However, if a delivery contains only small and/or medium-sized items, we may ask that you meet us at an agreed-upon meeting area if our route is such that your destination is an outlier for us that round. We appreciate your understanding on this.

If an order from an address outside of this delivery area is placed, those orders will require either being picked up at an agreed upon meeting area or paying a distance premium that is based on the number of round trip road miles between the boundary and the delivery point.

What about returns?

We are happy to make your returns according to IKEA’s return policies. Our fee is in the pricing section…but we waive it if the items are being returned due to our damage.

Note: We do not make special trips for returns/exchanges.  We do our returns/exchanges on our next scheduled trip.
